" Domain Names Spiraling Values ! "

It seems there isn't a week that goes by that the headlines in some major news publications are announcing the heralding in, of some new internet based technology that will change the playing field forever! We are all witnessing an era of heightened creativity.

The internet has acted as a powerful catalyst, in opening up “an avenue for expressing creativity” for the masses. So much so, that the world’s One BILLIONTH website was announced today. It took 36 years to reach this watermark! Amazingly enough this number is expected to double again in the next 10 years to Two BILLION !

The world’s major corporations are feverishly positioning themselves to master this thing they call e-Biz !. It's no wonder that as a result of all this expansion, and the desire for well-branded, easy to spell and remember domain names, there has been an exponential increase in the values of good Domain Names.

For all these reasons and more, some Domain Names are commanding six- and seven- figure price tags that are attracting these Big Money Players! Now more than ever - the visionary leaders who keep their focus on investing in Domain Names will be a part of the future’s most profitable businesses!

It's a well known fact, that the visionaries who discover the "Holy Grail" of marketing to the masses will undoubtedly be the worlds leading mass marketers! To be a part of this bright future, it is crucial to have vision, planning, and an understanding of the past. Keep in mind, that in the past, the lion’s share of revenue dollars generated by the e-Biz phenomenon has been generated by the Online Ad Market.

These revenues generated by the Online Advertising Market are huge {6-8 $ Billion} and increasing at a dramatic pace. Also keep in mind that the Online ad market revenues “pale” in comparison to total retail Sales Revenues, which are in the Trillions $ !.

Another powerful engine for growth that bodes well for Domain Name owners, is the barely tapped, B2C {Business to Consumer} Market Place. The B2C sector holds so much future potential, that savvy Investors are raiding their war chests to procure names that will help them in their quest to master this nascent market place.

For example: A name such as sold for {$ 7,500,000}. A visionary investor by the name of Jake Winebaum bought it from the original owner for {$ 100,000} as an investment. Then came along another savvy visionary named Marc Ostrofsky who bought and then turned around and sold it for the {$7,500,000} figure!

I, myself have experienced dramatic increases in the value of some of my own personal Domain Names. For instance, I bought the name in 1998 for {$102.00}. Over the years I've owned it, I've been offered as much as {$ 800,000} for the name. I've turned down each and every offer, because I know, if and when, I eventually do sell the domain name, will sell for far more to some other visionary investor.

There has never been a time in history, to my knowledge, when you could own and control letters of the alphabet! Some of the savviest investors on the net have figured this out, and are making millions from their URL portfolios. So… Do you think it’s too late to invest in the Domain Name Industry?

Domain Names,as an investment! Is it too late?

For those of you considering investments in the primary or secondary domain name market, you’re probably wondering: is the game over? Am I too late? All you need do is look at the current state of the domain name industry for some clues.

The boom in web advertising, along with the evolving of the pay-per-click ad model, is making the Go-Go 2000s Bubble Era look small in comparison.

There has been an exponential increase in domain name values due to the phenomenol growth of eBiz. This cycle of increased valuations will only continue to grow, as the internet population increases its eBiz transactions.

Domain Name Masters : Then And Now !

Is anyone out there, besides me, noticing the Plethora of Public Domain Sales? Way back when, in the Go-Go 2000s Bubble Era there were, by far, more Non-Disclosure sales of domain names, than Public Sales. In Fact, According to some Industry Analysts, nearly 2 /3 of all sales were Non-Disclosure Transactions. In other words, it was an “under the radar” driven market place.

Today, there are still many sales we never hear about, but we are starting to see an increasing amount of public sales, which tells us, the market for domain names is starting to be more transparent, in its development stage. We are all witnessing the maturing of a capital Structure Market Place. Good news for those of us who are holding domain properties. Domain Names are the Real Estate of the future. Tune into my next post to find out why this Industry will produce many Millionaires, and how you can become a part of it.

"Domain Names are the KEY!!"

The strategic importance of Domain Names to modern distribution channels is just now beginning to be realized in today's global marketplace. Yet even savvy business people do not fully understand the value and strategic magnitude of Domain Names.

In fact, Domain Names are often confused with trademarks. Although they have some similarities, Domain Names in actuality are far more valuable marketing tools than most trademarks. The similarities between the two? Both the Domain Name and trademark are considered intellectual properties of a global nature. However that is where their similarities abruptly end.

The big difference? A trademark can be owned by multiple different entities, in multiple global locations, pursuing multiple businesses. A Domain Name, on the other side of the spectrum, is a one-of-a-kind, unique World Wide Web address, which can have only one controlling owner. The Domain Name commands many strategic advantages over a trademark. A trademark reveals a very limited amount of information, while the Domain Name actually "leads" the consumer or corporate buyer to an all-inclusive, information-rich website. Done successfully, the website embodies the information needed to effectively close the sale, slash prices and ultimately distribute goods and services more profitably.

These strategic advantages derived from using the Domain Name arguably position the Domain Name as the most important known key to unlock the potentially awesome marketing power of the World Wide Web.

It's a well-known fact that the companies, who discover the Holy Grail of marketing over the Internet, will be the world's leading mass marketers. To do this these companies need only to "master the first step."

And the first step or key to accessing and unleashing the power of the World Wide Web is to simply own and control the most universally recognized branding-rich Domain Name!
